anatanews had reported that 2010 Toyota Prius will not have the Lithium Ion Batteries as earlier stipulated. It however looks like 2011 Toyota Prius will have the Li Ion Batteries, which will improve efficiency and ability to run the Car in battery only for a longer distance.
